Founded in 1979, the Caliban brand has gone hand in hand with changes in men’s apparel over the decades, through small details like the reduction in the size of collar face, which tend to be less dressy and made suitable for wearing with a jacket without necessarily a tie; or by emphasising embellishing details such as a 3 mm stitching, undeniably more chic. It created the first no iron shirt combining a fabric that does not require ironing to the study of stiches able to really guarantee a perfect final result.

In 2003, the women’s line was created on the same foundations of aesthetics and functionality. A versatile collection, which sinks its roots in men’s tailoring but takes on a dynamic identity, able to conciliates austerity with frivolity.
