RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and therefore we handle each query individually and to the best of our ability. Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund, exchange or an online credit in compliance with our returns policy.

 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

You are entitled to return if you contact Planet Lizard Ltd within 14 days of receipt. You would need a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference number from us in order to make the return.

We will offer an exchange or refund for all items that are returned to us unworn, unused and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in its original packaging. Any items with any indication of use will not be accepted. In such cases, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, guarantees, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.

Earrings, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

The package is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, we recommend that you send the package by recorded delivery for security purposes which will insure you for the value of the goods.
Please note that the cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend keeping a record of proof of postage with a tracking number.
If you receive a complimentary gift with your order(s) as part of a ‘gift with purchase’ promotion you must return the gift to us with your item(s).

For items purchased in the sale, we request that returns are sent back to us within 14 days of placing your order. Please ensure you obtain your return authorisation number within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any returns sent after the 7 days of the returns authorisation number being received are accepted at the sole discretion of Planet Lizard Ltd and will only be refunded with a credit note that can be used both online and in-store.

As we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, we would advise you to return items adequately protected and by registered post or you may also return your item(s) to our store.

All goods should be returned with the Return Authorisation email enclosed to the following address:

Once your return has been processed, you will be sent an email confirmation. We aim to process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving the item. Please be aware that during seasonal peaks there may be a slight delay. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s).

For outside the Euro zone

Please note on any export documentation or on the address label, that the goods enclosed are returned goods. This will ensure we are not charged any further duty or taxes on receiving the goods back into the UK. If this procedure is not followed, this cost may be passed onto the customer at the company's discretion.

The customer's statutory rights are unaffected.

4) Please add the following address to the parcel and send back to us via your preferred shipper. We would recommend using a trackable service as returns are shipped at the sender's risk.

Any refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card only for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and postal costs.
