International Delivery

International Orders – Customs Duties, Returns and Refunds

International delivery typically takes around 10 working days, but delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Goods shipped to countries outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, customs duties, import taxes, VAT and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

These charges are generally not collected by us at checkout. The carrier or customs authority may contact you to pay applicable charges before delivery. The final amount will depend on the destination country's rules and may include a carrier handling fee.

Customers placing international orders are responsible for checking the applicable import requirements and potential charges in their country before placing an order.

If an international shipment is refused or returned because the buyer has declined to pay applicable customs duties, taxes or other import charges, the buyer may be responsible for reasonable costs incurred by us as a result of the shipment being refused, returned or otherwise handled, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

International Returns

If you cancel or return an international order, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other destination-country charges paid by you are not normally refundable by Lizard Fashion. You should contact the relevant customs authority, tax authority or carrier to determine whether any such charges may be refundable or recoverable following the return of the goods.

Where an international order is cancelled or returned, any refund due from Lizard Fashion will be processed in accordance with the customer's applicable statutory rights and this Refund & Returns Policy.

Where the customer is responsible for returning the goods, the customer must return the goods to us at their own expense within 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation, unless otherwise required by law.

Any refund due from Lizard Fashion will be processed in accordance with applicable statutory requirements once the goods have been received by us or, where applicable, once satisfactory evidence has been provided that the goods have been sent back.

Nothing in this section affects or limits any statutory rights the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
